D. Shame & Worth
There will always be internal and external pressure (to conform and perform). That is why we need to believe that our worth is not derived from what we do or not do - whether we succeed or fail. We need to realize that we will always be loved by God, family, and friends no matter what. We got to get that from our minds to our hearts. That will free us from fear and shame and cause us to be more open, vulnerable, and free. This will convert the paralyzing aspect of performance, perfection, and productivity to an empowering and positive force of growth that is good for us and honoring to God.
